Returns are accepted as long as all original tags are still attached and the item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Return requests must be made within 10 business days of delivery.
We also offer exchanges. Before confirming a refund, customers will be given the option to exchange their item (based on availability). Once a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original form of payment.
Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
How long does shipping take?
We are currently operating on a pre-order basis.
Pre-orders will remain open for two weeks. After the pre-order window closes, production will take approximately 4–6 weeks. Once production is complete and your order ships, delivery will take 5–7 business days.
We understand your time is valuable, and we truly appreciate your patience. Customers will receive updates throughout the production process so you always know what stage your order is in. Transparency and communication are extremely important to us.
Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We hope to expand internationally in the future as RYSN continues to grow.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you automatically. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your confirmation email.
